Direct Primary Care

A membership-based approach to primary care that puts the relationship between you and your doctor first.

Care that starts with you

No insurance hoops. Just care with time to talk, built around your personal health goals, and a doctor who’s easier to reach.

Healthcare should feel like a conversation and a trusted relationship, not a transaction. You should be known as a whole person, not a chart number. Your time matters, and you deserve to feel supported and heard.

  1. 01

    The relationship comes first

A doctor who knows you and partners with you on your health and your goals.

  2. 02

    Built around your goals

Care plans that look beyond symptoms and consider the whole you: your body, your life, and what matters to you.

  3. 03

    Timely, unhurried visits

Accessible appointments with real time to talk.

  • Women’s health (Pap smears coming soon)
  • Pain and musculoskeletal issues
  • Minor in-office procedures (coming in the months after we open)
  • Nonjudgmental, practical support with reducing or stopping alcohol, tobacco and nicotine, cannabis, and other substances
