How it works
Video visits happen through our secure patient portal via a HIPAA-compliant video tool. You can download an app, but you do not need to. You can book a video visit online or by message.
Before your visit:
- Log on to your secure patient portal.
- Find a quiet, private place with good light.
- Use a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera.
- Have a list of your medicines nearby.
- If you have one, keep a blood pressure cuff, scale, or thermometer close.
- You must be in Oregon during the visit.
If the video does not work, we can switch to a phone call.
Need help joining a video visit, or a different way to connect (phone, captions, an interpreter)? See our accessibility page.
Pricing
Members: Included in your membership at no extra cost!
Non-members: Telemedicine is available only as a one-time visit, for $200, and this fee can be applied to your enrollment fee if you decide to join within 30 days of your telemedicine visit. This one-time visit is meant to address one primary concern within 20 minutes if appropriate to address via telemedicine. Some concerns will require a physical exam and in these cases, we can work to arrange an in-person evaluation.
Home visits: Available only to members in the Portland metro area for $200 an hour, with a one-hour minimum. Includes transportation time.
